I changed the subject, as I want to get out the truth about
TeamViewer. I think, you talk about another program...
Mine is bigger :) TeamViewer does not need any unusual open port, so
any user can use it. That is the good point in it. It can go thru
corporate firewalls.

I can connect to your computer thru
TeamViewer (www.teamviewer.com, you just have to install the client
module,
ShowMyPC.de is availiable in English and needs no
installation at all - and is using VNC over SSH, works
through NAT and (SSH open) Firewalls.
Mine is bigger :)
