So, my problem is that by default the file extension is not set to
*.*, but to *.z07.
Are you by any chance using Zone Alarm? I haven't used it in many years
but I seem to remember ZA would change some file extensions to .zXX.

[-] When a folder database is destroyed, TB! tries to restore it from a backup
file (major fix)
[-] There were no scroll bars in the internal image viewer

- The message databases from a backup and from accounts made newly,
aren't removed if I uninstall TB!.
- Reg entries aren't removed if I uninstall The Bat!
- The restore is aborted with an error
