For messages created in betas since 3.63.09, the Roguemoticon cannot
be seen by the recipient. Even if you type the handle in manually in
the MicroEd "Edit Mail Message" window, after the message is sent,
there is no X-Rogue field to be seen when it is opened in the
recipient's vie
