AFAIK, there isn't such a setting. May I suggest using the
windows scheduler and TB!'s CLI support.

alternatives ?
Which can handle quoting (quote a desired paragraph, reformat quoted
paragraph, etc.) ?
Which can handle (simple) HTML editing (text size, bold, italics,
underline, text color) ?
