Hello TBUDL,
I'm using several mail-accounts with TheBat. One of them is used for
"internal mails" within our LAN. The domain name does not use a
"dot-extension" (i.e. just user@mmmp) and therefore is no regular
mail-domain, though it works.

Netscape uses UNIX mailbox format, so you should have no problems
importing it using Tools|Import|From UNIX mailboxes
