nickname when trying to add someone to my address book..I dont enter
anyhitng in that field and yet I keep getting an Error saying
Duplicate Handle and I cant get beyond that point..?? Help

Simply Click on the Email message you wish to re-edit or resend and
drag it into your Outbox..then double click on it and you can edit as

The easiest way in my eyes is to export the Outlook addressbook to a comma
delimited file (.csv) and then import that into TB. You get to choose which
fields in Outlook will end up in which fields in TB giving you more control.
