the bat! freezes when trying to compress/purge

Hi everyone, I'm reporting this: Everytime I try to do some maintenance stuff or if I want to just compress/purge everything for an account, The Bat! freezes. In fact it keeps doing things (for some hours) until Windows tells me that there is not enough virtual memory. I'm using The Bat
