I found the error: I had a filter, which was making a digest of the
mails in a textfile... It was on d:\program files etc...
I changed it, it works...
It was enough to write about it, actually :-)

write there, The Bat! get the mail, changes it a bit and send it to
the members.
If it is in the "Flammer" group. It will change the subject from:

To:
Subject: [flammer] whatever.
