Ta-dah! I've found the cause and thought I should share with community and developers, so here goes. Many thanks to all that responded with ideas, too! It turns out that during some aspect of the upgrade process from 1.53d through 1.60h to 1.60j (current), and/or deleting my "Inbox - Known" fold
