Not that I am aware of (useful feature request!).
However, what you can do is copy the filter(s) into Notepad and paste
them into the other account.

Thanks to Trevor and Deborah; this worked ok, even if this is quite
tediuos when the filter list is long... ;)
I wish there where global filters which work with all accounts...
