I agree. I hate having to take up the space by expanding that window
enough to get rid of the slider. With the slider there, I am forever
bumping something and having the whole thing out of sight.

I am a bit annoyed with the small folder window.
I use many acocunts and many folders at the same time and I prefer
my preview panel to be large.
So I often have to nove the list of folders up and down
