You can edit the Icons anyway you like by modifying the glphs.bmp image (I can send you the one that I'm using) then you just place it in your The Bat! directory. Make sure you have High Colour Images checked in preferences. Then restart thebat. I have several styles that I can send you and you

Are you viewing the pictures with Internet Explorer 6 ? If you are it sounds like you need to disable the Automatic Image Resizing and/or the Image toolbar (From your Control Panel, go to Internet Options, then click the Advanced Tab and look for those two settings.) -- Best Regards, ~John,
