Mail gets sent but remains in the Outbox

Hello TB!, I wanted to ask another question please :) Why is it that sometimes, the mail gets sent but it stays in the Outbox and then when I click the Send email button, the mail gets sent again... which is why you guys got a couple of emails that were the same... I just didn't notice
