Hasn't Microsoft learned anything from its antitrust
battles? Can anyone spell BREAKUP?
As soon as they try to tie one of their desktop applications
to their OS through either licensing provisions or
undocumented system calls, they could be in for more trouble

alienated the education market this past six months by pulling some heavy handed
tactics involving licensing software you don't need and also threatening a large
school district in Oregon about licensing issues. Whoever the idiot at
