The new test day kickstart has been pushed to spin-kickstarts git.
I have updated the wiki instructions:

Oh, one more thing - you might want to base off of the
fedora-live-desktop.ks rather than fedora-livecd-desktop.ks , as I don't
think anyone really cares about maintaining
