Greg, the only caver I know of who shoots underground in HD is this guy,
appurtenance

Hmm I've been wanting to set up a linux "router/firewall" for some time...
On the time loss (total loss, that is) I'm pretty sure the problem is the
clock itself.
A clock which should continue to run even when the unit is off - like an
AT... :-)
I havent tried to open the case - but I'm guessing
Cool... most high end routers don't get programmed from a web
interface, we use telnet/ssh and a command line interface to program
them, but they do a whole lot more than just a dsl/cable connection.
On the time loss, have you tried upgrading the firmware on the router
to resolve that problem?
