I talked with Jan Conn for some time this morning. She sounded upbeat,
humorous, and herself. There is lots to do adjusting to life without Herb,
and she has local friends helping. Thanks to all the cavers who have offered
condolences. She

The TCMA will be performing a cricket emergence count at the Lost Oasis
Cave Preserve in south Austin on Wednesday 29 February. This is an
excellent opportunity for a couple of interested volunteers to come out
with us and learn what is involved with this biological monitoring
February 29th? Counting crickets on the night of this Leap Year should be
interesting!
