Hearing problems at caver presentations.
I find cupping my hand behind my ear really makes a difference...until I can
get closer...or the speaker starts speaking louder.
Shari's father went thru many types of hearing aids, as many do not help, not
comfortable, squeal.etc.

I solved this “bad hearing problem like me" long ago by getting a pair of
hearing aids. Works wonders.
Although of course it’s a bad speaker habit to talk to the screen when your
audience is in the opposite direction, and it always amazes me to see young
scientists in post-graduate training

We meet again this coming Wednesday, November 20th at 7:30 pm at The High
Road on Dawson - 700 Dawson Road, Austin, TX 78704, off Barton Springs
Road. Please, no outside food or beverages. They have happy hours from 5-7
