occasion and we raised the money for CaveSim to be at TCR. Everyone should give
it a try, young and old, firm and infirm, thin and no so thin. It's
interesting, fun, and educational.

Cavers, I am pleased to announce that Dave Jackson and his cave simulator,
CaveSim, is available to come to TCR at Paradise Canyon this October.
Available. He needs fuel money to get here. Two individuals and two grottos
have already committed to donating to the cause - to the tune of $700! Than
I have no objection to CaveSim at TCR, at least as long as $$ don't add to the
registration. But I am moved to point out that $1500 is a lot more than "fuel
money," so Dave is not exactly donating the use of it. -- Mixon
