This will be short, we're just getting in and are exhausted. Mal moved from
ICU to Intermediate Care at 4 AM. Had a good day. Improvement continues
slowly. Can follow visitors with her head instead of just her eyes, seems to
understand some things better, still coughing up stuff from her lungs.
