Well, you should put in this field the name of PDF file and it should
be displayed after compilation in Adobe Acrobat Viewer. Before
compilation, it tries to close file open in acrobat reader and then it
tries to reopen it.
Unfortunatelly, it is very difficult to control Acrobat Reader in

In the latest unstable version 5.2.6 - if you add "-filter off" option
to continuations output, all continuations (including those without
comment) will be exported to the list. Currently, it is not possible
to use more sophisticated filters (e.g. projection). May be this will
come in the future.
