[Therion] Therion doesn't run on Windows

I’ve just installed Therion on a Windows machine. When I click on the Therion shortcut it opens a command window and gives the following error. “C:\Program Files (x86)\Therion\xtherion.exe” is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file Running Window

Dave One wonders quite what you are doing to get to that command line. This machine is running Windows 8.1 and has Therion 5.3.16 installed. On installation, Therion placed a shortcut in my Start menu. That points, as does Rowena's at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Therion\bin\wish86t.exe" "C:\Program

I uninstalled Therion and reinstalled it. It said it would put a shortcut in a start menu folder called Therion. After installation I could not see a shortcut anywhere. I followed Rowena’s advice and created one manually on the desktop. This worked fine. I must say I’m not impressed with th
