Correct me if I'm wrong, but there definetely is no internal authentication or "integrity key" that would disallow using a simple text-editor. You can edit a TiddlyWiki in your preferred Text-Editor but you have to respect certain raw-editing markup conventions, which differ from using EditMode, f
