Yes Tobias, exactly that is what I've done.
Simply look for the line like
config.options.chkHttpReadOnly=false
and comment it out:
//config.options.chkHttpReadOnly=false
That way it does not interfere with the AdvancedOptions settings.

Thanks for the hint with the TSpotPlugin. I simply deactivated the the
according options there (don't dare to delete it yet until my other
upload issue is not resolved).
