Opps. I unblocked the file and behold the image is displayed.
Before today, I thought Unblock was just for saving.

Here is what I have been doing.
Create a tiddler with the contents of the message.
Use the snapshot plugin to create a separate fiel with just that
tiddler.
View that file in IE7.
On the IE File menu click on Send and then select page by E-mail
Seems to do a nice job.
