I'm using TiddlyWiki classic. When I save an edited TiddlyWiki file using the
browser's Ctrl-S shortcut, then close, then reopen the file, I get a message
that the file “has been incorrectly saved“. The backstage link is then
duplicated at the top of the page. When I edit that page, save again

believe it has to do with the recent update of TiddlyFox.

Just got the message "TiddlyFox extension will be disabled after you
restart Firefox" in the Add-Ons section of Firefox 44.0 (see attached
screen-crop).

In TW Classic I want to write a word that begins with two underscores
(__) but I can't figure out how to do it.
The How to Format Text tiddler doesn't seem to provide a solution. Is
there an escape character so the double underscores are not interpreted as
the beginning of underline markup?
