Found out how to to get rid of the allow/deny full screen prompt in
Firefox. Type "about:config" in address-bar and set
"full-screen-api.approval-required" to false.

However, be aware that if you cannot restrict it to a certain set of
websites it means all sites can force fullscreen without your prior
permission. Still, you can of course always exit with "escape" and I
think the risk is quite low.

Hmm, yes, I could do that. I could also add an option that
enables/disables the search (disabled per default with a warning that it
is not good and still experimental).
