...hm, if one is going to point out things on the mobile UI then there is
more than this, no? My point is, we need a separate theme for mobile to
begin with (something that @Jed is experimenting with currently).

To be honest, I think the banner should probably be entirely hidden on
mobile; for most users, the sacrificed space would be too much.

In a not-yet-released site for the TW community, I use a small variant of
Duartes fish saying Click me and linking to a tiddler with info. This is
appropriate for the type and the atmosphere of my site and may not be for
everyone. But it will for sure, just like Duartes poster, draw attention.
I am interested in seeing it and if you want to keep it private just PM the
details.
