Well your suggestions are a bit too technical for me, so I keep note of them
for the future.
I already know in the future I’m going to take my website and “convert” to a
TiddlyWiki...but I’ll pone a new thread when the day will come

I installed Quine 2 and started my (first?) TiddlyWiki: a personal knowledge
system.
I chose the Stroll version.
I’m happy with it: all is fine and almost frictionless.

Yep, Quine 2 does exactly what you're looking for, in terms of keeping
everything local and syncing to iCloud (or any other sufficiently
featureful file service provider on iOS).

I only recently obtained and Ipod touch to test TiddlyWiki on IOS, So I am
not expert here. However a few useful points
- Quine may be the only app for tiddlywiki, but it is not the only way
to use tiddlywiki on iOS
- Any browser can access a tiddlywiki anywhere on the Internet,
