Freeplane I mentioned is the Sucessor to freemind. I believe it also has xml
output. However both are java script solutions I used to dream about someone
brining it into tiddlywiki. Probably too much work, any way I think tiddlymap

FYI:
Freemind, and Freeplane have multiple export and save formats. For example
you could save it as a html and import that, or before you fully import ise
an iframe to visualise it inside a tiddler.
If you do make an importer do share, it would be a good community
contribution.

There is no out of the box support for this, but there are two options that
should do what you want but with some tweaking and work:
1) use the new xml plugin (search this group for it) to create tiddlers
from the xml file.
2) write a custom deserializer to import freemind format xml. Not difficu
