I'm a bit unsure about version -- I did this
$ git clone https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5.git

$ cd ~/experiments/TiddlyWiki5
$ ./tiddlywiki.js --version
5.1.20-prerelease
But you're right my current version is 5.1.19pre
I don't know how to fetch 5.1.19fin
What I want is to programmatically create a TW from the following:
A large amount of documentation in XML
A large amount of code
Basically one XML file per code file.
This I want to turn into a TW and add a lot of fancy stuff (code Xref,
annotations etc.)

them if I can't get permission from the author
and if there are no apparent rights in the TW file
