If you rename the PCB and or the SCH files you will need to relink them in the
expressPCB program. The mixer board has a netlink warning but this maybe on
purpose as it is with the ground and maybe the isolation mentioned in the notes.

The two things that come to mind are is the pulse wide enough and is it the
correct polarity. Polarity wrong would only add delay but the pulse width would

The Magnavox board is separate with a trak interface/power regulator board
mounted on top it is on the front right side between the power supply and front
panel behind the keypad. Note the select key top is missing but still works. I
have dissembled the lcd module and wiped the PCB board t

After several dissemble assemble cycles the oven heater started working, it is
very slow reaching a stable frequency, about 12 hours. So maybe only one of the
two transistors is working but this allows me to move on for now.

This is and old ~1987 Rubidium Standard which has a calibrate module "MDC". In
the past I have attempted to calibrate but has always failed with the error led
turned on. I have used various GPSDOs as primary standards with these attempts.
I was able to calibrate with a FTS-5030 Cesium standard l
