Hi
Mini-Circuits will happily sell you DC injectors with a variety of connectors
on them. For a basement lash up, there are satellite TV splitters at your local
big box store that have DC inputs. Some of the lightning protection interfaces
from people like PolyPhaser have DC bias inputs.

I just went through this exercise. You can use DC blocking on all ports and an
injector, but they also have splitters where one port is a DC-pass and the rest
are DC block. You use the pass port for a device you’re just always going to
have hooked up. In my case, it’s the GPS module on a Raspber
I have three ZN4PD1-50-S+ feeding my farm with 5volt and 3v antennae .I just
added dc blocking. These are not amplified. There is about 3dB loss at the
splitter output. I have only 5m of antenna cable, RG74 IIRC, and the antennae
are active, providing +26dB (according to the adverts). I have tes
Hi folks,
Need a bit of advise: I have a project underway that requires multiple
GPS receivers. They all provide 3V power to the antenna. My
existing antenna is a generic KS-24019L112A (26dB) that needs 5V.
There's about 75' of 1/2 heliax between the receiver location and antenna.

I use a ZAPD-3DB-1575-3 followed by a 4-way splitter (with one
dc pass through) designed for cable TV up to 2400Mhz so the
ZAPD's gain is canceled by the splitters loss, but I get a total of
5 outputs with the second ZAPD output still at high gain. I did

When I first got started using GPS timing receivers, I used direct
broadcasting satellite cable splitters. They are designed to pass DC,
and usually good to 1.5 to 2 Ghz.
If you need amplification you can also use DBS inline amplifiers - but
they need 12-18 volts to power them - so you would
