[Tinyos-help] Bootloader

Hi All, Is there any document available which gives details about how TinyOS 2.x bootloader works, its technical specifications, how to use it, image format required by it etc etc. How to use bootloader ? can i use it in my mote application ?? Any tiny help with this is welcome !! Thanks and Rega
