Actually I am implementing TMAC and facing difficulty to implement RTS-CTS
to avoid hidden terminal problem. I can't find a way to implement it. how
do I solve this problem and which interface should I use for this purpose.

It depends on the MAC protocol you are using. To change it or check details
look in the directory where the sources of it.
Usually in TOSDIR/tos/lib/net...
