whatdoes anyone take for leg spasms
this happens to me at night when i go to bedthis doesn't happen every
nite...but when it does i can't get to sleep until my legs settle done i've
tried tylenol ...that seems to help a little bit

I just wanted let you all know that 44 years ago tomorrow when I was 5 and
1/2 months old I came down with TM. My level is T-5 incomplete (I have
some feeling) and I get around in a wheel chair. I have led a happy and

When I first got out of the hospital after being
diagnosed with TM my doctor prescribed Diazepam 5mg. I think it is
the same as valium. I take one at night if I am bothered with spasm
it seems to work.

I'm not even 40 years old yet, but my 13 years with TM have just flown by.
I think you could be right about coping better having had TM so young, you
have never known any different so you live your life as you live it. I have
found that since I started to use a chair the 'perceptions'
