Myrna, Baclofen is one of the first ones that the neuro's try for spasticity. I've been on it for 4 1/2 yrs now in varying amounts. I also take a tablet of Zanaflex before bed which was just added about 6 months ago. Both have helped me. I know that others here take it as well. I hope you
