Great to be in this group. You're not alone.
I get the numbness sometimes pins needles on my face scalp. Drives me
nuts when it hits my nostrils.
My sense of smell is off too. The smell of grains sometimes makes me gag
(bread, cereal, rice, etc.)

You need to see a doctor ASAP if you have not had a bowel movement in 2
weeks... GO to the ER now, if you can't get to your doctor today/tomorrow. This
