Hi Ruben,
Not sure how your upper body is, but I installed hand controls in my car. It
was a wonderful feeling to know I can get up and go. Although the go part is
still not so great, not too many places to go. I still work so it gets me
there and I got a scooter to put in it. Compared to

EFT is the Emotional Freedom Technique, and it uses tapping to release
trapped emotions. It works, and it works quickly. I think it is on Dr.
Mercola's web page, but by googling EFT you should be able to find it. It
is a treatment that you can do yourself. Very effective.

Hi,
I've had banding around my trunk since day of onset 8/13/95.It is always

present in legs and feet, this has increased in the past couple
Tingling is, I believe, a large part of TM.Mine, after over 4 years, has
settled down somewhat.Don't know if that is because of meds or TM is less
tingly.I feel it from my rear to me toes. Who knows about the nerves
waking up - you never know.Improvements can come at any

Ah, yes sir. When I am in an emotionally charged situation, that is the
first sign. And if it happens to be when I am in a vehicle, it gets worse.
Interesting. The other time the banding is really bad is after I eat.
Should be a good way to diet, but unfortunately it isn't!!!

Okay, I think I may have seen the light on banding. When Janet mentioned

times when I go out to eat (not at home) I have a really hard time being
able to walk out.I feel huge pressure around my middle and
feel like I could faint.
