Hi, all, I find that taking 4 hours (Noon to 4:pm) to relax, meditate, perhaps to dream, helps rejuvenate my body and mind. I use an old Barkalounger that elevates my legs, lowers my heart and brain. I also have told everyone that this is my time, no phone calls, etc. I know this helps,
