It is so good to hear from you. I have thought of you often. I am one who
reads, but rarely posts. After 16 years of TM I have now contracted another
autoimmune condition and am on massive doses of steroids to try to get it under
control. This time it was with the peripheral nerves

Frank, I was also affected in the C portion of my spine (C2-C4). At first
my hands were swollen. I was most affected on my right side, but both arms
and hands are affected. Lately I have had more problem with my ankles
swelling during the day. They are better after a nights sleep, but swell

lot of medications, but only get so much help and then just have to live with
the rest. I am one of the lucky ones who can walk. With me the hardest part
