I am the same..I can walk then I start to get stiff in the ankle and knee and have to sit and recoup and then can go a bit again till I get home and lie down, not for long, but stillI thought exercise would help and it is to some extent, but even just sitting for long periods can be tiring on

I've done the exercising, rehab and I still can only walk so far before muscle fatigue strikes my legs and I have to sit for a minute or so to recoup and then I can go again.. I have no answers, but I've learned to live with this fact for ten years.last Sat was my tenth

Kate, walk as much as you can. If you don't: Your muscles will indeed atrophy, You will lose the calcium in your leg bones Alton, who should have done this himself
