I have a friend who had a very successful double knee replacement, but
before they ever got to that point, they did cortisone injections and I think
maybe physical therapy, so I think those would give some relief at least
for a while. I would think losing weight could only help, and I would

high school... i remember wearing a flowered mini dress i had sewn
and loved and wearing knee braces. I was told there was a surgery

What a spot you are in, dear one. There has got to be a doctor
out there that can and will help you with your knees. The PT certainly won't
hurt you and I've really raved about water therapy
this.? I don't know if this is an option for you, but you can inquire
about it.?
