Can someone tell me where I can download ApacheModuleJServ.dll? I installed JDK1.3, Apache_1_3_12_Win32.exe, and Tomcat. But I don't have ApacheModuleJServ.dll. Where can I download this? Or if anyone has apacheModuleJServ.dll, can you email it to me?   Thank you in advance.   Don

hi, i uses Apache + mosssl under Win32. Therefor i need a -DEAPI-compiled version of ApacheModuleJServ.dll. Unfortunately i have no MS Visual C++ Compiler available, so i'am not able to do this by myself. many thanks in advance! basti

Hi All   I am trying to use Apache/tomcat3.1 combination.   My tomcat is running ok. But when I try to start my apache:   It says cannot load ApacheModuleJServ.dll. I am working on Win95. Does this dll work on 95. What could the problem be?

Can someone point me towards docs or tell me what the difference is between mod_jk and ApacheModuleJServ.dll. They are both used for Apache to communicate with Tomcat correct? Does one replace the other? Am I clueless? Thanks, -Scott

ApacheModuleJServ.dll is the older mod_jserv derived connector. I doesn't appear that one was build for Tomcat 3.2.3. Since I don't think much has changed, you can try the one in the Tomcat 3.3 beta2 release: <http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat/release/v3.3-b2/b

Thanks for the replies! Just to be very sure, if I try mod_jk.dll then I'll have to change this line in /conf/tomcat-apache.conf LoadModule jserv_module modules/ApacheModuleJServ.dll to LoadModule jserv_module modules/mod_jk.dll and all of this will stil work with version 3.2.2? Thanks!!
