Yes, this is correct. The locked files are either industry standards like
SKOS or TopBraid ontologies.
We want to prevent users from unintentionally changing these. The most
secure way to open them is to create your own graph and then import
protected read only graphs.

Hi Michel,
please delete the file tui.rdf (under SWP) from your workspace and re-run the
ontology library import (or create a new workspace). This will make sure you
have the latest version of that file, which includes the extra rendering views
for OWL manchester syntax.

There are some example ontologies you can open and edit in TopBraid/
Examples. For creating your own data, first create a project (New >
Project > General > Project), click Next and provide a name then
Finish.
For creating a new ontology, see Help > How to? > Create a new

Arif,
Is it possible for you to send me just a snippet - few lines of the
tab-delimited file with the illegal characters, so I could test it as well?
Thanks,

I imported some instances from a tab-delimited file and all went
fine. When I restarted the application I could not open the update
ttl file and was getting errors with Jena throwing an exception due to
illegal characters in the uri. I edited the file in a text editor and

Anthony, I believe the problem is that you don't have enough
contiguous memory available to start Composer. Sometimes re-starting
the machine will work. Allocating more memory to your virtual machine
will also work.
If that's not possible, see

Actually, this was addressed in 3.5. If a range of a property is xsd:anyURI,
users can click on its values. The links will be opened in a separate
browser window.
