I had a look at https://collector.torproject.org/recent/relay-descriptors/consensuses/2015-05-10-19-00-00-consensus There you can find 874 relays with the „flag“ "Bandwidth=20 Unmeasured=1“… I don’t think this is normal… Can anybody have a look at this?! Best regards, Marcus > Am 10
