I think I was looking for a specific issue within 3.2, which is probably
why I ended up on the archived site.
If it's going to stay archived, it might be useful to have a large link
forwards to the main site.

issue tracker recently (after the 3.2 release), which explains the wrong
link.
How did you find that URL ? Every "official" page should point to
http://db.apache.org/torque.
