Yeah, that can be annoying. Not only does such an inadvertent screen
tap stop the current playback it also wipes out the playlist you were
building.
A suggestion of adding a user selectable "safety" feature was brought
up but it was never implemented that I know of.

Hi,
Now working, thanks.
Rather than do everything you suggested at the same time, I started
with the FULL RESCAN of the music library. I wanted to do it bit by bit
in case I get the same problem again.
The rescan has fixed the problem.
Again, thanks for your help.

I;ve got both added in. I don't like Live365 due to the adverts (and I
do understand why they do it).
Thanks for the answers

I can control my Touch from my PC by going to "Remote" in Mysqueezebox
but I can only control radio stations and not my locally stored music
on another PC (which my Touch sees via the squeezebox server).
So, is there a way I can remote control the Touch and actually see what

There are various ways you can control the Touch via your pc. The
easiest is to open any web browser and point it to

your computer running Squeezebox Server in place of . There are
also 3rd party applications, such as Moose. Or you could
I use iPeng remote application on both my iPhone and iPad. It has a
setting with three possibilities:
1. Play now
2. Play next
3. Add to the end or playlist
Looks like you'd like the third option.

This is what's been happening to me on an almost regular basis: I use
the Duet remote to control my Touch. Every now and then, when I press
pause on the remote, and then later on I press the play button on the
remote again, the remote is showing the 'Now Playing' details, while

That is a very nice feature indeed. :)
That is what is missing from the Touch. Or in some way prevent
accidental Touch touch's from wiping out ones Playlist. :(

Does the Touch actually play the music when the controller says its
playing? In other words is it just a Touch DISPLAY issue or is it a

Just a display issue; the music continues playing without any hiccups.

I had the Touch for months now, and I still have trouble with adding
Albums or individual tracks.
I'll have to read the Feature Guide. Hmmm... It seems you CAN'T add a
single track. From page 10: "Note: When you select a song that is part
of the album, the entire album becomes part of your Curr

Are you sure you are doing a touch and hold over the track? Then you
see "Add to End"?
I have no trouble adding entire albums to
Anyone used a battery supply for the Touch? - Just curious.

So, I've experienced several of the issues that other folks have posted
about here and in other SB forums. I've had music stop playing (though
it still looks like it should be playing, but wouldn't restart), having
to switch to mysb.com and back to get things restarted and a few other
