If you are talking directory structure, I follow what others do (artist/albums) with a directory level above that (Classical, R&B, Jazz, Rock/Pop and so on.) However, that is still a bit arbitrary as there are plenty of albums that cross genres, have multiple artists, etc. Are you not using th

A common approach to the mixed MP3 and FLAC libraries is to keep them separate. Create a FLAC directory. Create an MP3 directory for files which do not exist as FLAC. You can point SBS to one of these directories, and place a link to the second (or create a "shell" directory to the two others).

Putting lossless and lossy copies of the same tracks together is not a good idea with SBS, because SBS has no straightforward way of choosing between the different copies. My approach to this is to keep lossless and lossy in completely separate branches of the directory tree. I have three main fol

I just installed the new beta firmware fab4_7.6.0_r9316.bin on my SBT. It is working perfect, but i noticed that the menu to confugure "home menu" has not a possiblity to add or delete menus. Where should i report this ? -- praganj --

You have an old version on the NAS logitech uses faad nowdays as it is better the alac binarie could not handle 24/96 for example. But no fiddling woth convert conf can fix that , if you have an old sbs version, just upgrade and you should. Be fine. -- Mnyb ---
