If it only happens in a very dark room and its going very dim to full brightness, this is a known problem and was supposedly fixed already. Basically the touch has two light sensors, the main one which is sensitive to all colors of light plus infrared. But they didn't want it sensitive to

I have noticed a lot of 'Grundge' on internet radio stations. Some of the so called quality stations such as the Jazz Station out of Laramie Wyoming have a lot of low level static and noise on my SBT. But I listened to the Jazz Station out of Minneapolis Jazz 88.5 and I don't hear this

I'm using a new Synology DS111 (1.6GHZ CPU 265MB RAM) NAS, which is plugged in directly to the router. The SBS is on my Samsung laptop (operating wirelessly) and the SB Touch is connected using ethernet over powerline to the router. The Synology is a lovely bit of kit but I may need to look at

I havent read all the posts here - My two cents - I would rip to WAV using foobar with SOX SRC (signal rate converter) VHQ linear, converting to 24/96. I would also use a PC and ethernet. A PC has enough power to handle the higher bit rate. Not all converters are the same. I also have dbpoweramp.
